Just saying.

Let's get to the point. It isn't anything derived of hours of pondering, but whimsical decision to give answers on the fly.
I've been tagged and awarded by Ruhani, who'd soon be going to an Architecture school and discovering how she is not going to sleep for the better half of her next 5 years, while drawing straight lines and making coherent designs of the future on paper with an array of assorted pencils. But don't you worry, the social life gets a total overhaul. The award goes as Liebster (German: Favourite) Blog and there are a few queries. Now because my answers are good for nothing, I've decided to give them a shot.

But firstly, I cannot remember Eleven things about me. 11 makes me tickle, and I can either be happy and forgetful, or glum and remembering. As for the award, I've kept it safe in the Hall of Fame, where other trophies too are on display. I terminate tags, its too much work, hence no forwards.
So let's answer them without much ado.

1. The CRAZIEST thing that you've ever done?
: I don't remember, Nothing perhaps?
2. If happiness was the national currency, what kind of work would make you rich?
: Seeing other people smile. I'm prone to contagion.
3. If the average human lifespan was 40 years, how would you live your life differently?
: Does not matter I guess.
4. If you could break one law, which one would that be?
: Umm, Jude Law? Nay!
5. What do you do, that you think, makes you different from everyone else?
: That I am writing this in sleepy stupor and full conscience?
: Nothing
6. Do you push the elevator button more than once? Do you really think it makes the elevator move faster? :P
: I push it again only when I think the elevator is not responding like a computer.
7. If you were standing on stage, unaware that hundreds of people were watching you, what would you have done?
: Take a chair and sit down quiet. Do Nothing.
8. Who do you think is the sexiest person alive?
: It's hard to be fair in judgement when the head is fuzzy. I'll pass.
9. Who would you rather date. A worried genius or a joyous simpleton?
: A Joyously Worried Genius Simpleton.
10. If you were stranded on an island, which three things would you like to have in your bag?
: I'll be content if you can provide with a Lamp with a genie that grants three wishes. See, I am considerate? Psst... My first wish would be a thousand more wishes. And the thousandth wish would still be the same :P
11. What is your first impression of me/this blog?
: I'll not tell, you've got big muscles :D

Okay, so now are the real questions because of which I took this tag. I intend to bore.

1.  What happens when you get "half scared to death" twice?
: You're still left with 25% life. First time it's halved, next time it's half of half.

If you half scare people to death 'n' number of times, then also this 'n' has to be exponentially large to totally kill the person. Life doesn't end that easily.

2. Is it true that cannibals don't eat clowns because they taste funny?
: I know of no cannibals but only cannabis. And people who do cannabis do sound funny afterwards most of the time.

3. If all the world's a stage, then where does the audience sit?
: Since all audience are also actors, they are sitting in the sitting area on the stage to do the act of being audience.

4. Why are all the alphabets in the order in which they are? is it because it's a song?
: Yes. :P

5. If you write a book about failure and it doesn't sell, will it be called a success?
: In that case, the name of the book HAS TO BE 'Success' to be called a 'Success', though it is about failure.

"Hey, I've written a book called success, and it is about failure."

6. If electricity comes from electrons, does morality come from morons?
: I am a genius, ask a moron.

7. What if Batman gets bitten by a vampire?
: He'd become a Bat-Vamp I guess :P

Okay, Bye.

This fall.

There're times when the mind is full, full of things. Pleasant or not is a relative thought, but mind is full nevertheless. It does not take misery to make us miserable, we alone are sufficient, we're the creators, and being miserable is a mental make up after all. We're actors, and our director, the subconscious controls us like puppets attached to fine strings.

But when the mind is full, it does not long for things. When you are falling, the initial stage is of panic. And as you continue to descend lower and lower, it subsides. You fall with ease like a heavy leaf, you know you won't die. Life does not kill, it is accidents that kill, life ebbs away, slowly. Others, die. There is a certain soothing sound that life gives you as an indicator and as a balm when you are in a fall. When the mind is full, you don't mind listening to it either. It numbs everything else, and you grow disconnected from problems.

People tell me, that every ailment leaves the host before life leaves.

"This too shall pass", is a phrase for those who would want to see it pass. When you are in a fall, you're pretty much given in, don't care if it would end or not. You know you won't die. Falls never kill, it is the crash that does.

Loss after loss after loss. We register a loss and while it is being evaluated, we question, what do we do now? Nevertheless, the answer is, if you can do something, it is fine, and if nothing can be done? It's fine. Burdens increasing manifold, and the masochistic tendencies start to take over to cushion every blow, you smile with every blow as if it has ceased to matter. And then you want to go quiet, in an observant mode, incognito. Your expressions don't betray you any more, provided they're evoked, which I am afraid happens seldom. You're supposed to be sad, you're supposed to panic, and do rash things, like you did when the fall had started, but the numbness incapacitates you. It's good, I know.

I say, the effect of numbness is funny. If you've known pleasures and pain equally, chances are that it would tickle you, and make you euphoric, or content perhaps. If you've known more pains lately, then pain is what you carry in your mind even in numbness. It cannot be helped. As I said, it is just chemicals in the brain doing what they do.

When in a free fall, when machinery stalls, you need to do nothing so that you don't break anything, because when the ailments start to leave the moment before the crash would come, you've got to pull out  really hard, because the adrenaline does not last for long, it has to last long enough to reach a better altitude, better than where we were before.

Falls make you strong. The Phoenix is not a myth, but a metaphor.

Sorrow of the Neelkanth

Sometimes, I feel the burden Lord Shiva has to carry. All negativity converges into Him, all vices ends in Him. He's the only antipole to every positive source out there, the suns, the rains, the enlightened ones, the naive hearts, the true, and everything that ensues.

There, while others were discussing how to part with the elixir, He was worried for the poison. Why would He be revered and feared at the same time? Why would he become the destroyer? Because an honest man knows pain, and truth.

The poison, of words, of ill feelings, of hatred, of misdeeds, of unbecoming acts, of farces and facades, He drank it all, and did not break still. How does one kill someone who conquers death and becomes the Mahamrityunjay? One doesn't. And how many times must He have died at your hands and deeds? Ever thought of that?

He's there, clean of all of it, and yet terminates it. He's like the ocean, where everything pure and impure ends, but does not alter the sanity of the ocean, the one we call His trance. It is in those moments of pride, that I've wished to bear him in me, and listen, and give hope to anyone who needs it. But oh, what a great burden it is, to bear it all and have no one to tell of it, share it, and see weight lifted. Who'd be there when He'd need it? I've often burned bridges when I bulged and seethed under burden, and have wished for companionship. And then, I feel how heavy His heart would have been had Ma Parvati not been there.

It is in those dark moments that I see how lucky my Master is, to have Her, and it is in those moments that I understand the sorrow of the Neelkanth when Sati was taken away from him. Sati, his love of life, what did her family do to him? Snatched her away. Destroy one's world and assume that our world is safe? That is foolishness.

He has known too much, he chose silence. He smile at us and lift us up like a father. He’d relieve us of our misery all the time, every single time when we falter. He won’t kill us, he’s a father. He’ll do the last rites for us, when we're dead already. He knows too much, he won’t speak of it. He’d lose himself to tranceful state of Bhaang and watch it all. He’ll take the blame, we would die clean. He's God, like every father.

Master, I admire you, I love you for the arduous task You've taken on Your mighty shoulders. I'd just want to mend one person to reduce this burden of yours.

Myself!
