Which is making you go insane,
I know it’s all my fault and am the only one to blame,
What should I do to apologise for all this,

Deeply written! Each word carries with itself so many emotions :)
There will days of yore when cheesy stuff like this makes you tear up. and then there will be days, when you just dont have the appetite for it anymore - almost tending to unecessary, if I may say so. Every relationship goes thru such a versatile metamorphosis in its dynamics. Cherish it while you can!
